Plaster mold: use of gypsum in semi wet hand carved molding and

Aluminum mold: aluminum ingot by mechanical (lathe, milling

smooth surface and durable, but the price is very expensive,
aluminum mold generally used in precision higher copper is not up
to the very large amount or plastic products.
Copper electroplating: with plaster mold for the finished product,
electroplating a layer of copper is copper electroplating, although
not very precise, but than aluminum mold prices much cheaper, due
to its surface smooth, durable and low cost advantages, copper
electroplating is the most common kind of plastic mould.
About plastic materials
Plastic products of raw materials only plastic sheets, film
thickness is generally not more than 10MM, commonly used in the
sheet are: PPE, etc..

good plasticity, can be made transparent and a variety of colors!
PP: material is particularly soft, good toughness, environmental
non-toxic, high temperature resistant to 160 centgrade degree,
often be made catering appliance or other high temperature

difficulty is big, the surface gloss difference and processing
color becomes shallow.
